At Sana Bakes, we are committed to delivering your delicious bakes promptly and safely. All of our postal brownies, blondies, and cakes are sent across Canada via Fast Track Delivery, which we offer for free on all orders. Once your order is dispatched from our bakery, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.

We strive to ensure next-day delivery based on the Fast Track Delivery service’s published recommendations, but please note that next-day delivery is not guaranteed. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot accept liability for delays, missed deliveries, or other delivery issues once the order has left our bakery. If you experience any issues with delivery, please reach out to us, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.

It is your responsibility to ensure that a complete and correct address is provided, along with a correct phone number for contact. Additionally, it is crucial that there is someone available to accept the delivery at the address provided.

Please note that our postal brownies and blondies may not fit through your letterbox. If there is no one available to accept the delivery or if insufficient or incorrect information is provided, we cannot accept responsibility for delayed, missing, or undelivered packages.
