Refund policy
At Sana Bakes, all of our brownies, blondies, cakes, and celebration cakes are baked to order, and as such, we do not accept returns. We take great care in ensuring the highest quality of all our baked goods, and we hope you enjoy them as much as we enjoy baking them.
For postal orders, we offer refunds, credit notes, or a replacement order of the same value only in the event that you receive an incorrect product or if the products are found to be of unsatisfactory quality upon arrival. If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for any complaints made after this time.
While we take great care in packaging our products securely for postal delivery, breakages and damage may occur during transit on rare occasions. This will not warrant a refund. If your order has been damaged during delivery, please reach out to us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue with the courier service.
In the event that the issue is not clear from photographs, we may ask you to return the product to us for inspection. If the product is found to be of unsatisfactory quality, we will provide a refund, credit note, or replacement order of the same value. However, Sana Bakes will not be liable for any costs incurred in returning unusable goods. We may also issue partial refunds at our discretion, depending on the specific circumstances of each case. These decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
